Nozzteq JAWS
The JAWS® is one of our most recognized and appreciated pipe cleaning nozzles. Thousands of skilled pipe cleaning operators are using the JAWS® all over the globe.
The scientifically and patented designed interior minimizes the pressure drop in nozzle with 90% and assure that the water jets, moving the debris in pipe, stay together further and stronger behind the nozzle, compared with most nozzles on the market. NASSCO stated that the JAWS® was 97% efficient in cleaning, and water consumption.
A long well gather water jet do exactly what is needed to perform efficient and cost-effective pipe cleaning – increasing the speed of the water in the pipe and rapidly transport the material to the manhole- where it can be removed from pipe.
The JAWS® nozzle are made of high quality Swedish stainless steel with a protecting rubber cone. The service lifetime of the nozzle is +10 years. We have customers using the same JAWS® for +30 years. The math is simple – JAWS® will be your cheapest investment over time. Not only does it save diesel and total water consumption, but it also offers an extreme long service lifetime.
JAWS® should always be installed in a NozzTeq ® centralizing sled. We have several different sled sizes to offer that fit the inner diameter of the pipe. All sleds are made in high-quality stainless steel in our factory. The hexagon grip of the nozzle, together with JAWS® special wrench, makes it easy to remove and reinstall or change the nozzle into different sled sizes.
The JAWS® nozzle work in pipe sizes from 6”-32”, depending on the available water pump capacity. The JAWS® can be setup to operate on 3/4″, 1” and 1-1/4” jetter units.
The JAWS® comes with a limited 10-year NozzTeq® warranty, which clearly states it must be operated in a NozzTeq® sled. Any warranty claims, the nozzle must be returned to NozzTeq® for evaluation. Normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is only for the nozzle and does not include the sled or jets.
